Pure Fitness Gym

I represented this fitness gym in finding and negotiating lease to lease 30,000 sf of space in a retail center for a 15 year lease.  The total lease term lease consideration was just over $6.4 Million.

Additionally I represented this fitness gym in leasing a 2nd commercial space in a retail shopping center for a total of 42,000 sq. ft. for a 15 year term and a total lease consideration of $8.6 Million.

Chandler Heights Village

Represented Investor in the purchase of this multi-tenant retail portfolio of 4 buildings totalling 50,763 sq ft. in size for $19,500,000 that generated $1,260,000 NOI for an in-place cap rate of 6.46% 

Bell Marketplace - Retail Investment

Represented Investor in the purchase of this 52,134 sf multi-tenant retail center for $12 Million which was a 6.84% cap rate.  Property is anchored by Mountainside Fitness and several smaller tenants (celebrity tanning, dog grooming, swing physical therapy, one stop nutrition, sushi restaurant, and mexican restaurant.

Laveen Commons - retail investment

Represented an investor in the purchase of this multi-tenant retail center for $20.5 Million which was a 6.08% cap rate.  Property was comprised of 102,087 square feet of shop space and included such tenants as: Big Lots, 99 cents only stores, ACE Hardware, Big 5 Sports, and several other smaller tenants.

San Tan Plaza - retail investment

I represented an investor in the purchase of this multi-tenant retail center consisting of 30,030 sf for the purchase price of $7,300,000 which was a 6.41% cap rate.  Property is anchored by Planet Fitness.

Fort Knox Plaza - 16,336 sf

Represented an investor in the purchase of this 16,336 sf value add retail center for $950,000 .  My buyer completely renovated the property and I assisted with leasing up the vacant spaces to 100%.  Once 100% leased, we sold property to a 1031 Exchange Buyer for $3,030,00 which was a 7.65% cap rate.
