Composite Deck

1.5 CF Deck

1.5 CF deck also known as 1.5” composite deck is used for moderate support distances in elevated or multi story buildings. It is the shallowest of composite decking, allowing for less concrete. The minimum slab depth can be only 3.5” and can allow spans up to 12’ without additional shoring. 1.5 CF deck is available in 16, 18, 20 and 22 gauge with G60 and G90 galvanized finishes.

2.0 CF Deck

2.0 CF deck also known as 2” composite is a popular composite deck used in elevated or multistory floor applications. It is used when the spans exceed the capability of 1.5” composite deck. 2.0 CF gives you the ability to span up to 14’ without additional shoring. It is available in 16, 18, 20 and 22 gauge in G60 and G90 galvanized finishes.

3.0 CF Deck

3.0 CF also known as 3” composite deck is used when the spans and loads exceed the ability of 1.5 CF and 2.0 CF deck. Although it requires more concrete it spans greater distances than other shallower composite deck. It can span distances greater than 16’ without requiring additional shoring. 3.0 CF deck is available in 16, 18, 20 and 22 gauge with a G60 or G90 galvanized finish.
