SF deck is a form deck that has a 9/16” deep profile. It is used mainly in floor construction and is an economical form that supports concrete slabs. It can also be used as a roof deck or with lightweight insulated concrete for a roof deck system. This form deck is typically used when the spans are short. SF deck is available in 22, 24, 26, and 28 gauge with a G60 or G90 galvanized finish.
HF deck is a form deck with a 15/16” deep profile. It is commonly used on floors, stair landings, and roofs. A common application is also when it is used with lightweight insulated concrete for a roof deck system. HF deck is typically used for shorter spans up to 5’. HF deck is available in 20, 22, 24, and 26 gauge with a G60 or G90 finish. Stainless steel is also available upon request.
EF and IEF decks are commonly known as 1.5” non-composite form decks. These profiles are used when floor loads are moderate. Typical spans range from 4’-7’. EF and IEF form decks are available in 18, 20, and 22 gauge with a G60 or G90 galvanized finish. This profile is also available vented.

2.0 NCF deck also known as 2” non-composite deck is used in multi-floor construction. It is commonly used as a form deck when the composite action of the standard composite deck is not required. 2.0 NCF is available in 16, 18, 20, and 22 gauge with a G60 or G90 finish.
3.0 NCF deck also known as 3” non-composite deck is used in multi-story floor systems when the spans exceed the capabilities of shallower form decks. This form deck is used when composite bonding with concrete is not required. It is available in 16, 18, 20, and 22 gauge with a G60 or G90 finish.
